Directions 1-2 x daily 1 bag of OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 (= 3 g) in approx. Stir in 1/8 litre of water, wait at least 1 minute of activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 twice a day, it is recommended to use before breakfast and before dinner. It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 for a longer time. This is tried and tested. Since OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 contains only bacteria naturally occurring in the human intestine, it can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise the entire fructooligosaccharides. So no fructose gets into the intestine.
