Hotel Chocolat - White Chocolate Advent Calendar

The advent calendar for those who know exactly what they want; a daily dose of our wildly creamy white chocolate. And with our signature white, we can’t blame you. Behind each door, you’ll find a suitably festive solid chocolate sculpture, from enchanted spruces to spruced-up penguins. They’re the perfect way to experience the intricate notes of our white chocolate - unlike many other chocolatiers, we use cacao butter as our main ingredient, not sugar, to ensure none of the nuanced taste of the cacao butter is overpowered. Cocoa butter is the naturally occurring fat found in cacao beans, and we press it out of the bean to use in our chocolate making. It gives our white chocolate its distinctive creamy colour, a delicate cacao flavour and an astonishing melt. Never too sweet, we’ve managed to make our white chocolate as much a homage to the cacao bean as any of our other chocolates. We’ve also put an uplifting message behind each door of the advent calendar so you can enjoy your chocolate with a smile on your face - no matter how many presents you have to buy this year!
