Each blend depicts a unique palette, Cremador is a blend with 70% Arabica beans, it carries the aroma of Chocolate, Honey and Almonds, suggest to make your Cremador with Italian Moka pot (yes there is a Neapolitan coffee pot that you can make for other blends!). Passalacqua family, still running their business founded by their grandparents, are all professionally trained by their ancestors. They will examine every bean from around the world at least 3 times before being shipped to the plant for production. Whereas in the plant, each process of the production are operated by highly skilled experts, skills inherited from generation to generation. The whole plant would take their Passalacqua coffee break each and every day holding their cup high and proud to be a part of this wonderful tradition being kept intact since 1948.
