The Fish Jerky Sticks dog treats are a natural and healthy treatment for your best friend. They will love the taste and the major health benefits. As with all of our fish pet treats, they are rich in protein. As well as omega 3 for healthy joints and reducing inflammation. Made only from Australian gummy shark (sold here as flake in the fish and chip shops) with no other nasty ingredients. Please note that all of our shark products are derived from either North Queensland Blacktip Sharks or Australian Gummy Sharks. Highly common sharks in Australia. Caught using sustainable practices in accordance with the Australian Fisheries regulations and quotas Absolutely no endangered sharks are used in our products. The sharks used in our products are deemed “Least Concern” by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature. Furthermore, please note: these fish are primarily caught for human consumption. Often referred to as flake in fish and chip shops. We mainly use the non-human consumption leftovers which would otherwise be discarded such as the skins which will otherwise be thrown overboard. Therefore nothing is wasted. We certainly do not catch endangered sharks to use just their fins, tails or skin for dog products! We use the leftovers of common sustainably fished Australian sharks, used for human consumption. Our products have a best before of 12 months from purchase if kept sealed and stored out of direct sunlight and under 30c on average.
