儲存於 18°C 以下 建議在購買後3週內食用該產品。 米芝蓮九星法國名廚 Alain Ducasse，於2013年 2 月在法國 Bastille 市中心開設的 Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse，火速成為朱古力迷的朝聖地，由 Ducasse 親自揀選他認為最佳的可可豆，還誇張到要在門市舖後設工場，每天新鮮烤焗可可豆，再由朱古力匠調製獨家配方的朱古力。由於朱古力是新鮮人手製造，故不能出口，一直只限在自家的店舖零售或供應 Ducasse 位於巴黎的餐廳。
