The box arrived promptly qnd in very good condition, considering the long distance it has travelled from Thaiand. The 2 items inside are in fair conditiin too -- 1 of the 2 facial items' packaging box is crushed on one side, but I dont mind since they are for self use. The seller replies quickly and accurately whenever I have a question, and informs & updates me well about any changes. Happy to buy from her again in the future.
